Smaller categories for stops

On the booking page, it lists 4 places. ‘London’, ‘Bristol’, ‘Bristol - Clifton’ and ‘Nottingham’. Nottingham though has multiple stops which are quite far apart therefore more stop categories should be introduced to reflect this. ‘Nottingham Uni’ should be it’s own stop and things like that. More so as you expand the routings as each city has multiple stops and there may be a preferred one. Perhaps prioritise the preferred stop on the journey planner and then offer further down alternative trips from nearby stops. For example if I wanted St Pancras to Nottingham, it would show nearby alternatives as Euston.

This would help massively I think for new snappers as then they aren’t having to categorise your stop by one which is quite far away (Ie from the Uni to Nottingham City Centre as the stop category is very broad)

Hi @iMarkeh. Thanks for your message. We have now removed the drop down list from the booking page. This means that once customers select their pick up/drop off, the next page they see is the list of stops we serve with a map next to each of them. This happens with already confirmed trips. For other locations, yesterday we launched a new feature: https://www.republicofsnap.com which will help customers to build demand in the connection they want Snap to serve. In that case we also have records of the post codes people enter which in the future will facilitate the sort of integrations you just mentioned above. Thanks again for taking time to send us your suggestions and please continue to do so.
